The booth purchase price includes the space itself, one 6 foot long table and 2 chairs
Exhibitors are allowed to decorate with tents, canopies, signage etc and must provide these items themselves.

Exhibitors, please email a PDF of your media kit pre-show and bring TWO printed copy of your media kit to the press room onsite for media to review. . Exhibitors are encouraged to bring their printed media kit to the Press Room on Friday 19th March, between 3:00 pm - 6:30 pm.
UPDATED INFORMATION FOR THOSE ALREADY SIGNED ON AS EXHIBITORS
We are now in the backlot of the James Bridges Theatre all weekend (instead of at the front) for the booths and the entire OutDoors Arena and for Friday only for the Green Carpet and the reception.
This sudden change has been sprung on us by UCLA.
Parking is $10 a day in Lot 3 right beside the theatre. We will have a map up on the website so you will know where to go from the parking lot. Also we will have lots of signs to direct you.
Booths can start setting up from 3pm on Friday
Booths can stay open until 6:30pm each day except for Sunday when they need to break down by 4pm.
Booths can stay up in the new venue BUT all goods/merchandise must be removed each night.
For those with a Premium Booth ONLY we can allott some space for storage at night if needed, but we are not responsible for any of the merchandise left there.
All exhibitors receive one COMP ticket for the screenings on Sat & Sun and a discount for the Gala Awards Dinner on Sunday night ( a black tie event from 6 to 11pm)
This must be purchased online by Thursday 18th on our website using the discounted code ( bottom of TICKETS page) given to you by Jamie.
Check In and Registration starts at 4pm for the General Public and for the Exhibitors at 3pm.
